USC Green Office Certification Program
The USC Green Office Certification Program provides a framework for students, staff, and faculty members to implement sustainable practices in their workplaces. There are over 20,000 staff and faculty members at USC and roughly 44,000 students. Therefore, reducing the environmental impact of the many offices throughout the university represents a significant step towards sustainable practices in key areas including:
- Green IT
- Networking & Awareness
- Food & Beverage
- Energy Management
- Office Supplies
USC Sustainability has partnered with the Los Angeles Green Business Council to certify green offices at USC free of charge as both a city-recognized green business as well as a USC green office.
