USC Bike Coalition (USCBC)

The USC Bike Coalition is a group of students, faculty, and staff that come together to support conversations, infrastructure, and culture around casual, commuter, and other forms of bicycling on and around the University of Southern California campus.

USCBC's mission is to promote safe cycling, connect cyclists to resources, and advocate for their needs within USC and the surrounding communities.

USCBC holds public meetings and events throughout the academic year, as well as provides numerous resources for cyclists within the Trojan community. Their website shares information on how students, staff, and faculty bicylces can be registered with the Department of Public Safety. It also gives details on benefits provided by USC for bicycle commuters, including free showers and a monthly commuter check for those employees who bike to work and opt out of a parking permit.

USCBC promotes safety through bike safey workshops and maps of LA detailing bike traffic and collision rates. USC students, faculty and staff can also view the USC Bike Master Plan on their website.
